We don’t just say we’ll try and visit all our suppliers, nor do we rely on the wonders of email to liaise with our extensive range of activity sites, hotels and venues. The majority of our suppliers are based in the city centre; those that aren’t are easily accessible. We work closely with them and have tried and tested virtually every activity.

In addition to this, you will have a dedicated event manager in Edinburgh who will advise you on the best options for your group and will oversee all aspects of your weekend from start to finish. They will be contactable throughout your stay should anything happen on your weekend that you are unsure of.

One Small Deposit.....

A small non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of just £100 is required at time of booking and will secure your package for the whole group. We recommend your chosen package is booked for your maximum numbers and we are in regular contact with you which allows you to keep us up to date with your group numbers in the lead up to your weekend. People can be added to your group after your booking date but as the organiser, you must be aware that additional places are subject to availability and Bespoke Weekends cannot guarantee that places will be available, particularly for accommodation. The balance will be due 5 weeks before your arrival date and the £100 deposit will be deducted from the final balance amount. Its worthwhile obtaining a small deposit from other members of the group at the initial booking stage to help you gain commitment from them…please refer to our tips and advice section for more information.

No Hidden Costs or Surprise Fees.....

There are no hidden costs or surprise fees. Bespoke Weekends understand that trying to arrange a group weekend or event is no easy task! We appreciate that your group size may alter from the time you book to when you pay your balance and unlike some similar companies we will not charge you for making any amendments to your group size (there are a few exceptions to this rule where minimum numbers may be required for the activity to take part but you will be advised of this at the booking stage).

Alterations to your Booking.....

You will have your own dedicated event manager in Edinburgh who will be contactable throughout your stay should anything happen on your weekend that you are unsure of.
Bespoke Weekends appreciate there are many reasons why you may wish to change your itinerary. We will not charge you to make these changes unless we have prepaid for any element of your event or weekend. You will be notified of any payments made on your behalf and once these payments have been made, they are non-refundable (please see our Terms and Conditions for more details). Bespoke Weekends will endeavour to confirm any changes or amendments within 24 hours of your request being received. You will only be asked to confirm your numbers 5 weeks prior to your arrival date when your balance is due.

We Protect You.....

Bespoke Weekends ensure all our suppliers trade with all the relevant insurances to give you peace of mind when you book with us. Whilst personal holiday/travel insurance is at your discretion, we would always recommend that each individual takes out the relevant insurances to cover you against cancellation, damage or loss of belongings and personal injuries. We protect your money.....

We comply with recent legislation and provide security for your payments prior to and up to the completion of your weekend in the unlikely event of financial failure of Bespoke Weekends. Due to the current economic climate and the failure of some travel businesses we feel it is extremely important that you know that your pre paid money is protected. Any payments to Bespoke Weekends are safeguarded in a trust account until after your travel date to ensure your full confidence that you are financially protected. When you book your package with us your money is totally safe. Bespoke Weekends comply fully with the Package Travel Regulations.
